The initial composition of the Board of Trustees was determined by the interim Board of Trustees, appointed by the founders of NBU.
The Board of Trustees includes:
1. Members by right – founders, former chairmen of the Board of Trustees, former rectors of
NBU;
2. Elected members – individuals who have contributed to the establishment and development of NBU
