Assist. Prof. Stoyan Boev, PhD is a lecturer at the Department of Informatics of the New Bulgarian University. Medalist from two international Mathematics Olympiads, defends Master's degree in Informatics at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski "and PhD in Mathematics at NBU. His main research interests are in the field of coding theory, extreme geometries, synthetic geometry. He holds courses in Discrete Mathematics, Cryptography and Analytical Geometry. As a member of the Extracurricular Mathematics Committee at the Ministry of Education and Science, he has been involved in the preparation and management of national math teams. He was the director of the Program Council and Deputy Head of the Department of Informatics, as well as a member of the NBU Quality Commission.
