Participants will learn how to:
- sign up to build a researcher NBU SER account with personalized and customized features,
- submit diverse content, e.g. dissertations and habilitated works, pictures, photos, exhibitions, music pieces and other creative artefacts,
- raise visibility of research and creativity through NBU SER,
- accelerate the citation impact,
- facilitate accreditation of programs,
- use a secure server at the university to store data at.

Participants will learn how to use the subscribed electronic resources on tablets, smartphones and e-readers when off-campus.

Participants will learn how to:
- find materials on their topic in the library,

- use materials from other libraries through "Delivery of items" Service,
- format a bibliography of works according to preferred bibliographic standard.
